Hi guys! Here's yet another character to appear in my upcoming Thomas Cartoon Series. It's the NWR's No.5, James! Here's his modifications:

1. His safety valve returned for the first time since Thomas and The Magic Railroad.
2. He gains a lamp bracket on top of his smokebox.
3. His counterweights have vanished.
